12. Bureau of Land Management - The Bureau of Land Management, an agency in the Department of the Interior, administers 262 million acres of America's public lands. The BLM sustains health, diversity, and productivity of the public lands for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.
13. Bureau of Transportation Statistics - The Bureau of Transportation Statistics site focuses on three key areas : 1) compiling, analyzing, and publishing a comprehensive set of transportation statistics; 2) making statistics readily accessible; and 3) implementing a long term data collection program.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention serves as the national focus for developing and applying disease prevention and control, environmental health, and health promotion and education activities designed to improve the health of the people of the United States.

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (Formerly HCFA) - Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services maintains oversight of the survey and certification of nursing homes and continuing care providers (including home health agencies, intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded, and hospitals), and makes available to beneficiaries, providers, researchers and State surveyors information about these activities and nursing home quality.

Comptroller of the Currency, Administrator of National Banks - The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises national banks to ensure a safe, sound, and competitive banking system that supports the citizens, communities, and economy of the United States. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency - The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) manages and directs selected basic and applied research and development projects for DoD, and pursues research and technology where risk and payoff are both very high and where success may provide dramatic advances for traditional military roles and missions.
19. Defense Contract Audit Agency - The Defense Contract Audit Agency is available to perform all necessary contract audits for DoD and provide accounting and financial advisory services regarding contracts and subcontracts to all DoD components responsible for procurement and contract administration. These services are to be provided in connection with the negotiation, administration, and settlement of contracts and subcontracts. The DCAA also provides contract audit services to some other Government Agencies.
20. Defense Finance and Accounting Service - The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is the accounting firm of the Department of Defense (DoD). It's mission is to improve the overall effectiveness of DoD financial management through consolidation, standardization and integration of finance and accounting procedures, operations and systems. DFAS is responsible for identifying and implementing finance and accounting requirements, systems and functions for appropriated and non-appropriated funds, as well as working capital, revolving funds and trust fund activities--including security assistance.
