|1.|| Cincinnati Paralegal Association - The purpose and goals of the CPA are to:
(a) Promote the paralegal profession.
(b) Provide seminars for the continuing legal education of paralegals.
(c) Act as a forum for the exchange of information.
(d) Promote and support professional standards.
(e) Communicate with the legal community and the general public.
(f) Participate in local and national issues that affect the profession.
(g) Engage in projects, solicitations and other activities which the Board of Directors may deem necessary or desirable.

|4.|| Northeastern Ohio Paralegal Association - June 16, 1997 - The Northeastern Ohio Paralegal Association ("NOPA") was incorporated on September 2, 1987, for the purpose of establishing good fellowship among members and the legal community, and to further the interests of both the practicing paralegal and students of the paralegal profession.

To serve the needs and the interests of paralegals in the Central Ohio area.
To maintain a high degree of professional standards and ethics among members and within the legal community.
To promote good relationships with local, state and national associations and the judicial system.
To uphold and promote the Code of Ethics of the Association.
To assist and better serve the public through community involvement.
